LR to implement new software for scheduling events and rooms

This innovative tool is set to enhance the university's event planning process, making it more efficient and accessible for students, faculty, and staff.

25Live offers a user-friendly interface that simplifies the process of reserving spaces, scheduling events, and managing conflicts. By centralizing event information, the software promotes better coordination and communication among departments and organizations. 25Live will replace EMS, the current system.
